Referral Process

   Referrals are accepted from community mental health providers, and any local/State of Maryland agency. Referrals can be initiated by contacting Madonna Healthcare Services. We are committed to working collaboratively with any referring agency in order to create a treatment plan that will compliment any goals that may currently be set in place.  We believe that this is one way to improve retention ratios, client outcomes, and establish a consortium of continual care, benefiting the client at optimum levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Criteria for Admission

  A prospective client at Madonna Healthcare Services has to be referred by a licensed mental health professional. The client has to be receiving ongoing clinical services at the time of referral. The client must have a priority population diagnosis, and be at a risk of a higher level of care. The prospective client must have medical assistance and must be pre-authorized by Beacon Options prior to any services being offered. If approved, Client receives services at no personal cost.
